When is the early bird phase?

The early bird phase runs from 3 Sep – 14 Oct. Get your SWF Festival E-Passes now!


When is the regular phase?

The regular phase runs from 15 Oct – 17 Nov.


Why will the Festival be using e-Festival Passes instead of the usual physical lanyard pass this year?

The Festival will be adopting the use of an e-Festival Pass this year in our efforts to digitalise for the convenience of our Festivalgoers as the pass can be easily accessed via their personal mobile device. This also reduces wastage from overprinting of physical passes. However, working staff and crew will still be wearing accreditation lanyards for easy identification on the Festival grounds.


What are the administrative charges for event tickets?

  • Booking fee for tickets above $40 - $4.00 per ticket
  • Booking fee for tickets above $20 - $40 - $3.00 per ticket
  • Booking fee for tickets $20 and below - $1.00 per ticket


How can I confirm the ticket I ordered has been purchased?

An email confirmation containing details of your order will be sent to you.

 

I booked a ticket through the website but did not get a confirmation email?

Please make sure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.


If your confirmation email details are still missing, click on the 'Resend booking Confirmation' link at the bottom of the ticketing website to trigger a resend of the confirmation e-mail.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

All transactions once completed and confirmed are not exchangeable or refundable under any circumstances.


How to redeem/receive my Festival Pass?

Festivalgoers will receive an email confirmation from BookMyShow upon purchase of an SWF Festival/Youth E-Pass.


Festivalgoers can access their SWF Festival/Youth E-Pass that is enclosed within the email confirmation.


Before attending any SWF event, kindly ensure you prepare your SWF Festival E-Pass to be scanned at each venue upon entry.


How do Festivalgoers download their SWF Festival E-Pass? Do Festivalgoers need to print the QR code out?

All tickets and passes can be scanned as long as the QR code is available on a mobile device.


What should Festivalgoers do if they encounter a technical issue with their e-pass?

Alternatively, Festivalgoers can visit the ticketing counter located outside The Arts House front porch for assistance during the festival.

What are the operating hours for the Call Centre?
